WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE 10th GAME??
There are 96 games in the season, so over 10 weeks, we must lose four games, so normally two of our regular season weeks would be 8 games to pick, not the normal 10. So when there is a tie, the game is just dropped automatically, and an upcoming week will have 9 games (still another week will only have 8).
If we get to the point where we must have 10 games per week for the rest of the season, then any ties will just counted as a win for everyone. If there is a tie in Week 10, it will automatically be counted as a win for everyone.
